Day 0, Sunday March 22

Today I’m working on getting ingredients. Need water, fermaid, meta-k, honey, berries, etc.

Berries thawed during the day in the brew bag. They released a LOT of juice

I treated them in the evening with meta-k (0.34g) in prep for tomorrow, as well as making sure the fruit got bruised and squished, but not too much.

Day 1, Monday Mar 23

Pitch day. This morning I sanitized everything. Mixed the must, added the blueberries, water, pectin enzyme, yeast, and fermaid. The must was at ~1.115 We should expect about 13% ABV. The smell is fantastic and it tastes strongly of blueberries.

Nutrients will be 1.75g daily the first 3 days then once more at 80% break
